Any advice about labor?

Well im going to be 30 weeks this thursday. I walk all the time and everyone said that makes labor go by fast! This is my first pregnancy and i want it to be less painful as possible! Any advice on things to help with labor ? And what do contractions feel like? An i also think i had BH contractions but it was just my stomach tightening. No cramps unless i have to use the bathroom then they disappear.. I also have upper middle back pain in just one spot on the right side. If i lay on my right side for a long period of time my wholr right side goes numb and uncomfy. It also feels like my right side of my vagina bone is bruised! Is that normal? I also have yeast infection that just wont go away! Is that bad? And my hands swell quite a bit. Normal? Thanx for all your advice and answers!
