What exactly does "Plea to other charges" mean in official court documentation?

There were two counts of "control of enterprise". and two other charges. Somebody pled guilty to one of the counts of "control of enterprise", so the other three charges were dropped in exchange. The violator will get punished, but not as harshly, and the court saves the money of a trial. Win-win.
