Immature Dad??!!!!!!!!!?

My dad is being immature. We just got back from my 6th grade band concert, and he had to pick us up. He was acting all annoyed in front of all the parents there, and then he just left and said he will pick me up when it's over. He was all pissed and cussing and stuff. Well I had to wait like 15 minutes outside for him because he needed to come pick me up so I started walking. When I got into the car (I had been with my mom the whole time) he didnt even talk or congratulate me for getting an award. I've always had a dream of being in plays or commercials and being a musician, but he has never been supportive and he would be my only way of getting places. What would you do? Serious answers only.

The tip of my penius hurts when I pee.?

I'm 13 years old and when I pee the tip of my penius stings and I have to stop going. It's not a UTI or yeast infection. I was exposed to hand soap earlier when I was showering.
