I think you mean should you report it, and the answer is yes, Christian or not. Money laundering is a crime. You should report the suspected offense to the IRS and the Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and/or the Drug Enforcement Agency if you believe the drug trade is involved.
