Could I be pregnant? No period and a yeast infection..?

I'm on the implant implant... Ive had a constant period for several months now... I recently got a yeast infection and since then I havnt had a period... A few days ago I spotted just a tiny bit...but nothing since.. I have had several symptoms like I did with my first baby but I've heard the the implant can cause you to feel pregnant.. Could I possibly be pregnant.?
