Please someone help i have bed bugs!?

We just got bed bugs in my home and its a 3 story house. Is my only option to fumigate? I looked online and the other procedure seems iffy but less expensive. I was thinking i could just use Diatomaceous earth around the house. Steam everything and launder clothing and then place everything in to space bags. Do you think this will work? Has anyone had a successful battle against these demons? Please someone help! Im freaking out!
