Tiny white worms in bed are they flea larvae from my dog?

Just changing the sheets and found a lot of lightly colored specs similar to dandruff, but upon close examination mixed in were tiny worms. I think it's flea larvae from my dog, or bedbugs. Anybody see anything like this? What to do other than launder hot?
