Will the rich white bigots ever release the prison system back to the public why are pvt contractors managing?

Prisoners are treated too good. Remember they are all convicted failures. If the government runs prisons it will just cost the honest people more money in taxes to support the misfits! Sure it's the "rich white bigots" that are the problem and not the poor black criminal - NOT!
