My bf had a pen break in his pocket of khaki jeans? Removal possible?

Okay my bf only has one pair of work pants which are is khaki (tan) jeans. We really dont want to have to go to the store and buy more because he only needs them for about one more week. By the time he gets home it will be dry but not laundered. Is there anyway i can get the stain out for him with simple things at home? Or.. i know this might sound dumb but would the baby's Dreft stain remover maybe do something? that stuff does miracles with the other stains.
