Discharge and slight abdominal pain?

for the last week or so I have started to notice an increase in white discharge which does have a musty/fishy odor. I am also experiencing itching and slight burning. I treated myself yesterday for a yeast infection with the OTC stuff and noticed I started to get some slight abdominal pain and when I went to the bathroom I noticed the discharge is slightly blood tinged now. I'm worried it's something more serious and have never experienced this.
