What did Weiner negotiate in exchange for resigning? What will he get?

I heard on FOX News that he'll probably end up running for New York City Mayor. I'm sure he'll hold on to campaign donations and wait for the media heat to die down before he runs though. If I were a supporter I'd demand to get my money back. We know he's not really sorry. Sorry he got caught, that's about it.
