Lower body question,please help?

I just got rid of a bacterial infection Saturday. They gave me antibiotics. I was negative for every else, that they test me for. Now I have a yeast infection THAT FAST! I just took a monistat 1-day. What can I do to keep this yeast infection away AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !
