My ex wants me back, is it worth the heartache?

Keep ONE thing in mind...he is still the SAME person he was when you split up. He hasn't changed & I don't truly believe he's going to either! It's so easy to say I'll do this or that, but once it comes rite down to it, that person is going to suddenly revert back to being himself. Do you in all honesty see him doing the things you "wish" he would do? Do you truly see him cleaning, washing, doing dishes, cooking, & all the things you "hope" he would do?! Promises are so easy to make, but also so easy to break. You're going to find yourself rite back where you first started from. This time it would be harder because of your child. Do you honestly want to bring him back in your home to find out it's not going to work then have to yank him out from under your child's life? Why hurt your child too?! I always pretty much lived by a saying I have, "when in doubt don't". It has proven itself over & over again to me in many instances. Go with your first feeling as they pretty much are the rite feelings, Think about the pros & cons of it all. Write them down & see which one outweighs the other. Be honest with yourself & make it either all yes or nos, no "maybes". Is it worth it or is it worth while hanging in waiting for that special someone you've yet to meet who WILL end up making you happy?! The choice is ALL yours...the best to you...:).
