What is wrong with me?

Lately i have been diagnosed with a UTI and the doctor said it was pretty bad. And now my discharge is thick and white like a yeast infection and it has a fishy odor. I havent had any signs of bumps in my genital area and sometimes my back hurts. Could i possibly have genital herpes?
